Preparation is most defiantly key and the best thing about preparing for a Boudoir session is it is basically one big pamper session! Obviously choosing the right lingerie is a big one. You may already have a wardrobe full to the brim with gorgeous lingerie or you may be planning a shopping spree, if its the latter I have so many recommendations and lots of inspiration to share with you should you wish to hear!

Make sure all your waxing, tanning, nails, hair colour etc is done a few days before your session, just to allow for any redness etc to fade. Beware of tanning if it isn’t something you regularly do – the english rose look is just as beautiful!

Drink lots of water in the weeks before your session – as well as just being generally really good for you, it will help your skin glow and look even more gorgeous in camera!

But I promise you have nothing to worry about, I am here to photograph you at your very best, highlight your true beauty and capture your beautiful curves to create images you wont be able to stop looking at! In the lead up to your session we will have lots of conversations about what you hope to gain from your session, you might have something specific in mind or you might be looking for me to guide you, either way is completely fine. Its a good idea to have a think about what you might like before your view your images, just so your have something in mind. If your giving your images as a gift albums are a great option and clients always like to have a copy of their images in digital format. Frames make amazing statement pieces and look incredible in bedrooms!
