Recently, I had the honour of photographing a truly extraordinary woman at the beautiful Stanwell House in Lymington. This was one of the most emotional and meaningful boudoir photography sessions in Hampshire I’ve ever captured, filled with softness, vulnerability, and a quiet, powerful strength.
She chose to have her boudoir session ahead of a significant surgery, wanting to honour her body exactly as it is in this moment of her life. Her intention was deeply personal and incredibly courageous: to celebrate herself with love, intention and grace.

Stanwell House provided the perfect backdrop, soft light, calm energy, and an intimate atmosphere that made this Lymington boudoir session feel almost sacred.
As we started photographing, the room felt still and present. There was no rush. No pressure. Just space to breathe, feel, and honour the moment.
