Bridal Boudoir Sneak Peek | Celebrating the Journey to "I Do"

There are so many exciting milestones on the journey to your wedding day. Finding the dress, choosing the venue while counting down the months until you finally get to say, "I do."

For this beautiful bride-to-be, another of those milestones was celebrating herself with a bridal boudoir experience ahead of her October wedding.

After finding her dream dress at the wonderful Anya Bridal here in Hampshire, she joined me for a morning that was entirely about her. Like so many brides, she arrived feeling a little nervous. Stepping in front of a camera wearing lingerie isn't something most women do every day, and it's completely normal to wonder how you'll feel.

The morning began with the lovely Lucy Bernier, who created a beautiful, soft bridal look that perfectly suited her. As the hair and makeup finished and we chatted about the excitement of the wedding ahead, those initial nerves slowly began to melt away.

One of the things I loved most about this session was how quickly she relaxed. With gentle guidance throughout and absolutely no expectation to know how to pose, her confidence grew with every outfit change.

Many of the beautiful pieces she chose for her session were from LOUNGE, creating a timeless, elegant feel that suited her perfectly and reflected her own style.

By the end of the morning, the nerves she'd arrived with had been replaced by laughter, excitement and that wonderful moment when a bride begins to see herself through a different lens. That's one of my favourite parts of every bridal boudoir session.

Yes, these photographs will become an incredibly meaningful gift. But they're also a reminder of this chapter, of the anticipation, the excitement, the quiet moments before everything changes.

As October draws closer, I couldn't be more excited for this lovely bride as she prepares to marry the love of her life.

Thank you for trusting me to capture such a special part of your journey. It was an absolute privilege, and I can't wait to share more from this beautiful bridal boudoir session.
